Despite the great importance of implementing the standard of this educational method, as it deserves, it is not being covered well in medicalschools, so in this article, we review the literature in  five topics (1. Comparing the morning report with other methods of clinical training, 2. The do's and don'ts of morning reporting, 3. Dynamic morning report and action research, 4. Suggestions , in order to record a more practical summation. Methods: Related articles were found  in  databases :ERIC, Pubmed, EMBASE and CINAHL using keywords: Morning report T (Morning report) Standards of Clinical Education (medical educationatioan)  Results: The most appropriate way to run a morning report has the following characteristics; 5 one-hour sessions per week, preferably after visiting patients, introducing 2-4 patients by interns and junior assistants, 5 minutes for presenting the patient's history and 10-15 minutes for discussion, final conclusion and documentation, determining the cases for follow up and using the online evidence, and finally to continuously review and improve the quality of the meetings. Conclusion: Morning reporting sessions are one of the major parts of clinical education, which will be more effective by applying its standardized protocls .}, keywords = {" Morning Report"," Standards of Clinical Education","medical education "}, title_fa = {ارتقاء کیفی گزارش صبحگاهی به‌عنوان یک روش آموزشی مؤثر}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: گزارش صبحگاهی یکی  از روش های کاربردی و ارزشمند درآموزش بالینی است. آگاهی از استانداردهای اجرای این شیوه آموزش  موثرتری را به همراه خواهد داشت. تقویت آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی ، شاخص های حرفه ای، بهتر، تعالی مهارت تفکر انتقادی وتصمیم گیری بالینی از  مزایای مهم این شیوه آموزشی است. به رغم اهمیت اجرای استاندارد گزارش صبحگاهی،  این روندآن گونه که شایسته است در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی در حال اجرا نیست، به همین جهت در این مقاله به بررسی پیشینه متون در قالب پنج عنوان (1. مقایسه گزارش صبحگاهی با سایر شیوه های آموزش بالینی، 2. بایدهای و نبایدهای گزارش صبحگاهی، 3. پویایی و اقدام پژوهشی،  4. پیشنهادات  ) پرداخته ایم تا جمع بندی کاربردی تری را ارائه دهیم.روش کار: با جستجوی مقالات مرتبط با این موضوع در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی ERIC,Pubmed  CINAHL, EMBASE  واستفاده از واژگان کلیدی: گزارش صبحگاهی T(Morning report) استانداردهای آموزش بالینی Standards of Clinical Education)  (، آموزش پزشکی medical educatioan) ( تعداد 31 مقاله جهت بررسی استاندارد های گزارش صبحگاهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: مناسب ترین شیوه اجرای گزارش صبحگاهی دارای خصوصیات زیر است؛ حداکثر 5 جلسه یک ساعته در هفته، ترجیحا پس از ویزیت بیماران، معرفی 4-2 بیمار توسط کارورز و دستیار سال پایین، 5 دقیقه زمان جهت ارائه شرح حال بیمار و 15-10 دقیقه بحث، جمع بندی نهایی و مستندسازی ، تعیین موارد پیگیری و استفاده از شواهد به صورت برخط و در انتها، بازبینی مداوم و اصلاح کیفیت جلسات.نتیجه گیری: جلسات گزارش صبحگاهی بخش عمده آموزش بالینی را در بر میگیرد که با به کارگیری استانداردهای اجرایی آن موثرتر خواهد بود.    }, keywords_fa = {"گزارش صبحگاهی","استانداردهای آموزش بالینی ","آموزش پزشکی"}, url = {https://hmed.mums.ac.ir/article_16604.html}, eprint = {https://hmed.mums.ac.ir/article_16604_22625bd284b97b62e9c99baf5533f48e.pdf} }
