The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between smartphones & social networks use and depression among students of Mashhad Paramedical School Materials & Methods: A questionnaire about smartphone & social networks use and Young's Internet Addiction Questionnaires and Beck Depression Inventory, was completed by 225 students of the Paramedical school.. Results: The results of Young's Internet Addiction Test showed that 2.99% of participants were in the severe Internet addiction group, and 17.91% of them were in the moderate Internet addiction group. Based on the scores of the Beck Depression Test, 58.33% of students were in the normal group for depression and 3.7% were in the severe depression group. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed a moderately significant positive correlation between the scores of the Young Internet Addiction Questionnaire and the Beck Depression Inventory (r = 0.518, p-value <0.01). Conclusion: Considering the significant relationship between internet addiction and depression among the participant students in this study, strategies need to be adopted to enhance students' awareness about the dangers of the Internet and cell phone overuse. As well as, students should be forced to attend psychology and education workshops.}, keywords = {Smartphone,Internet addiction,social networking,Depression,Students}, title_fa = {تاثیر استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی بر افسردگی دانشجویان دانشکده علوم پیراپزشکی مشهد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: اینترنت و تلفن‌های هوشمند اثرات مثبت انکارناپذیری در زندگی افراد جامعه دارند، اما گاهی بدلیل استفاده نامناسب، می‌تواند سلامت روانی کاربران و در نتیجه کیفیت زندگی آنهارا با تهدید روبرو سازد. پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی رابطه استفاده از تلفن همراه و شبکه‌های اجتماعی با افسردگی دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی مشهد انجام شده است.روش کار: پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته مشتمل بر تعدادی سوال در رابطه با استفاده از گوشی و شبکه‌های اجتماعی به همراه دو پرسشنامه اعتیاد اینترنتی یانگ و تست افسردگی بک، توسط 225 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده علوم‌پیراپزشکی، که در سال 97-1396 بصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند، تکمیل گردید.نتایج: نتایج آزمون "اعتیاد اینترنتی یانگ" در این پژوهش نشان داد که 2.99 درصد از دانشجویان ، در گروه وابستگی شدید به اینترنت، و17.91 درصد از آن ها، در گروه وابستگی متوسط قرار داشتند. بر اساس نمرات "تست افسردگی بک" ، 58.33% از دانشجویان از نظر افسردگی، در گروه بهنجار،24.07% افسردگی خفیف، 89/13% در گروه افسردگی متوسط و 3.7% جز گروه افسردگی شدید قرار-گرفتند. نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون بین نمرات پرسشنامه اعتیاد اینترنتی یانگ و افسردگی بک نشان داد که بین این دو متغیر، همبستگی مثبت معنادار متوسطی برقرار است(r=0.518, p-value<0.01).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به رابطه معنی‌داری که بین اعتیاد اینترنتی و افسردگی در دانشجویان مورد مطالعه مشاهده شد، نیاز است راهکارهایی جهت آموزش و فرهنگ سازی مناسب در زمینه استفاده از این تکنولوژی ها و ملزم‌نمودن دانشجویان به گذراندن کارگاههای روانشناسی-تربیتی اتخاذ گردد.}, keywords_fa = {تلفن همراه,اعتیاد به اینترنت,شبکه های اجتماعی,افسردگی,دانشجویان}, url = {https://hmed.mums.ac.ir/article_17054.html}, eprint = {https://hmed.mums.ac.ir/article_17054_3c53c56ba8c978737c44bc8d293b087c.pdf} }
