Abstract

Introduction:Identifying cultural and social criteria for use in the recruitment process and promoting faculty members at the Ministry of Health has always been difficult and challenging.  The purpose of this study is to investigate why this area of activity is important and extracting existing indicators and analyzing them.
Materials & Methods: The study was conducted through library and analytical study. The methodology of humanities studies was used to investigate this issue. Regulations and implementing guidelines were reviewed.
Results: Indicators were extracted with general / specialized and positive / negative titles, and were classified into quantitative and qualitative categories.
Conclusion: The general aspects of indicators and their quality are a major challenge. The criteria for the specialized aspects of this activity, although largely quantitative, do not address the concerns of this area of activity. The proposed approach is to produce an index based on all three parts of the commitment concept and not just the "commitment to the result".
