Abstract
Occasionally teaching and discussed in clinical rounds is accompanied with anxiety of students participating the round. Anxiety reduces the learning outcomes and affects motivation and interest of the students. There is no doubt that students should learn the main
topics or so called “must learn” of each ward and the final exam seems to be a suitable tool for monitoring and evaluation of such learning. Training as a small group discussion with human dignity and mutual respect and a discussion without anxiety can be a good strategy for a successful clinical round.
