According to the findings, the average score of the clinical education situation was 3.04 ± 0.62 and the average score of the effective clinical education was 2.87 ± 0.54. In effective clinical education, the highest score related to the area of individual characteristics of learners was 3.26 ± 0.57 and the lowest score related to educational planning was 2.51 ± 0.80. Also, in the clinical education situation, the highest score was the expectation of the clinical instructor, 3.67 ± 1.14, and the lowest score was the educational goals and program, 2.42 ± 1.22.
Conclusion: The present study showed that the average total score of the clinical education status questionnaire and the average total score of the factors affecting effective clinical education questionnaire in nursing students of Qom Medical Sciences are above average, but of course the clinical education status score was better than the factors affecting effective clinical education.
