چکیده
مقدمه: کیفیت آموزش بالینی در رشته پزشکی نیازمند عواملی مانند محیط آموزش بیمارستانی، بیماران متنوع، امکانات فیزیکی کامل و از همه مهمتر اساتید حاذق با توان آموزشی عالی میباشد. پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف بررسی ارتباط ویژگیهای اساتید بالینی با میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان پزشکی انجام شده است.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی، مقطعی و گذشتهنگر بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده از فرمهای رضایتمندی از اساتید بالینی، جمعآوری شده در هر ترم، از دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی قم طی سالهای ۱۳۹۹-۱۳۹۵ توسط دفتر توسعه آموزش، انجام شده است. مجموع ارزیابیهای اساتید بالینی هیئتعلمی و مدعو دانشکده پزشکی در کل این ۵ سال، به تعداد ۱۳۰ مورد بوده است و بالغبر ۵۰۰ دانشجو در طی این سالها در ارزیابی اساتید شرکت داشتند.
نتایج: میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان در سطح عالی و خوب، از اساتید غیربومی (۹۱/۷۶ درصد) در مقایسه با اساتید بومی (۳۸/۵ درصد) و از اساتید متخصص (۵۹/۷۶ درصد) در مقایسه با اساتید فوقتخصص (۶۸/۲۷ درصد) بهصورت معنیداری بیشتر بود (P<0.05).اما بین جنسیت، سن، وضعیت تأهل، سابقه کار بالینی، نوع همکاری با دانشگاه، مدت زمان همکاری با دانشگاه و تعداد مقالات علمی ثبتشده استاد بالینی با میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان ارتباطی وجود نداشت.
