چکیده
مقدمه: آموزش یکی از اساسیترین نیازهای جوامع بشری و از محورهای توسعه است و حل مساله یک مهارت حیاتی برای زندگی در عصر حاضر است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر آموزش به شیوه سخنرانی( چهره به چهره) و چندرسانهای(مجازی) بر مهارتهای حل مساله پرستاران در سال 1402 انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر نیمهتجربی از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل میباشد جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان پانزده خرداد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهیدبهشتی بود. افراد با نمونه گیری در دسترس به دو گروه آموزش با شیوه سخنرانی( با استفاده از پاورپوینت و تختهسفید به همراه پرسش و پاسخ) و آموزش چندرسانهای(محتوایآموزشی در خصوص مهارتهای حلمساله و تکنیکهای لازم در مقابله با شرایطسخت و سایر محتواها که در قالب کارگاه به صورتگروهی در 4جلسه 2ساعتی در طی 2 روز) تقسیم شدند. همچنین در گروه آموزش با رویکرد چندرسانهای نیز بعد از پیش آزمون، محتوای آموزشی تهیهشده به صورت سناریو محور در قالب یک فایلفشرده از طریق شبکههایاجتماعی ارسال شد. پس از اجرایآموزش، مجدداً دو گروه در پسآزمون ارزیابی شدند و دادهها با کمک نرمافزارSPSS25 با آزمون tگروههایمستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد میانگین و انحرافمعیار سنپرستاران درگروهمداخله 19/ 4 ± 33/44 و گروهکنترل 5/29 ± 33، گروهمداخله (88 %)، گروهکنترل (84 %) تحصیلاتکارشناسی و در گروهمداخله(84 %) و گروهکنترل(76 %) متاهل بودند. بین دو گروه از لحاظ نمره مهارتهایحلمسئله بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت ومداخله بر نمره مهارتهای حل مساله تأثیر مثبتی داشته است(0/001=p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش با رویکرد چندرسانهای بر مهارتهای حل مساله پرستاران تأثیر مثبت دارد. پیشنهاد میشود که برای بهبود مهارتهای حل مساله پرستاران از روشهای نوین و خلاقانه تدریس مانند رویکرد چندرسانهای استفاده شود.
