چکیده

مقدمه: اعتیاد به مواد مخدر یک چالش گسترده و جهانی است که تأثیرات عمیقی بر جوامع و افراد دارد. عوامل مختلفی می‌تواند در گسترش اعتیاد به مواد تاثیرگذار باشد. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نگرش به اعتیاد بر اساس احساس پیوستگی؛ با نقش میانجی انطباق‌پذیری خانواده انجام شد.
روش کار: روش این پژوهش مقطعی بود. جامعه‌ این پژوهش تمام دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی(اردبیل، ایران) در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود که تعداد 200 دانشجو با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه احساس پیوستگی آنتونوسکی، پرسشنامه نگرش به مواد مخدر کریمی و پرسشنامه انطباق‌پذیری و همبستگی خانواده FACES-III الوسون بود. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد بین نگرش مثبت به اعتیاد با احساس پیوستگی و انطباق پذیری خانواده در سطح 99 درصد ارتباط منفی و معنی‌دار برقرار است. شدت اثر بین نگرش مثبت به اعتیاد با احساس پیوستگی با نقش میانجی انطباق پذیری 0/306 با انحراف استاندارد 0/216و شدت اثر بین نگرش منفی به اعتیاد با نقش میانجی انطباق پذیری خانواده 0/309با انحراف استاندارد 0/193 می‌باشد.
نتیجه گیری: انطباق پذیری خانواده می‌تواند نقش مهمی به عنوان میانجی در این رابطه ایفا کند. با افزایش انطباق پذیری خانواده، حس پیوستگی و ارتباط نزدیک تری در خانواده به وجود می‌آید و این می‌تواند به محافظت از افراد در برابر مصرف مواد مخدر کمک کند.
