چکیده

مقدمه:  افزایش جمعیت سالمندی سبب افزایش عدم تحمل فشارمراقبتی و افزایش خشونت و سوء رفتار نسبت به سالمندان می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل بزنف بر میزان سوءرفتار مراقبان خانوادگی نسبت به سالمندان به انجام رسید.
روش کار: این مطالعه بر روی 90 سالمند مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت در مشهد، به صورت نیمه تجربی پیش و پس آزمون انجام شد. دو مرکز جامع خدمات سلامت به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. واحدهای پژوهش(سالمندان و مراقبین سوء رفتار کننده سالمندان) در هر مرکز به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تا 45 نفر برای هر گروه انتخاب شدند. قبل از شروع مداخله"پرسشنامه سوءرفتار با سالمند" و"پرسشنامه مدل بزنف" توسط مراقبین سالمندان برای هر دو گروه تکمیل شد. سپس آموزش بر اساس مدل بزنف در طی 5 هفته و هر هفته یک جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای درگروه مداخله انجام شد . یک ماه بعد از آخرین جلسه، مجددا پرسشنامه‌ها  توسط مراقبین هر دو گروه تکمیل و اطلاعات جمع آوری شد.  
نتایج: در این مطالعه میانگین سنی سالمندان 6/7 ± 71 و مراقبین سوء رفتار کننده 6/9 ± 28/36 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد در گروه مداخله میانگین نمره سورفتار نسبت به سالمندان، بعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل از مداخله کاهش معنی‌داری داشت (0/001>P) و تمام ابعاد سازه های مدل بزنف بعد از مداخله افزایش معنی داری یافته است (P< 0/001). گروه کنترل تغییر معنی داری نداشت.
نتیجه گیری: برنامه آموزشی بر اساس مدل برنف در کاهش سوءرفتار نسبت به سالمندان اثربخش است.
