چکیده
مقدمه: در چشم انداز فلسفی آموزش پزشکی، هوش مصنوعی های مولد مانند چت جی پی تی یک فرصت بیسابقه برای بهبود عملکرد بالینی اساتید و دانشجویان پزشکی است. هدف این پژوهش، ارائه مدل کاربست هوشمصنوعی مولد در آموزش پزشکی بر اساس فلسفه ذهنیتگرایی با رویکرد فراترکیب است.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی؛ از لحاظ ماهیت داده، کیفی و از نظر شیوه اجرا جزء پژوهشهای فراترکیب با رویه هفت مرحلهای سندولوسکی و بارسو (2006) بود. کلیدواژههای مشخص در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی؛ مجلات نور، مگیران، سیویلیکا، گنج؛ علم نت؛IJET ، Eric،Scopus ، Science direct و Google scholar به جمعآوری پرداخته شد که پس از چندین مرحله غربالگری نهایتاً 19 واحد مطالعاتی انتخاب شد و در ادامه با کدگذاری و تحلیل مضمون به مدل 5 مولفهای ختم گردید.
نتایج: بررسیها نشان دادند که مدل به دست آمده شامل مراحل زمینه فلسفی و جهت گیری اخلاقی، طراحی و توسعه، اعتبار سنجی و ارزیابی انتقادی، کاربست کنترل شده و ادغام در برنامه درسی و ارزیابی مستمر و تجدیدنظر براساس پنج مقوله؛ دوگانگی، عقلانیت و تفکر، جهان مکانیکی، شک و تردید روش شناختی و ملاحظات اخلاقی می تواند دقت تشخیص و تصمیمگیری دانشجویان پزشکی را در محیط های مختلف بالینی افزایش دهد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که مدل ارائه شده میتواند نیازهای متنوع اساتید و دانشجویان پزشکی در محیط های بالینی بخصوص در حوزه یادگیری فعال را برآورده کند و به طور یکپارچه با تقاضاهای در حال تحول انسانهای امروز سازگار شود. در نهایت تلفیق مبانی فلسفی با هوش مصنوعی مولد نشان دهنده یک رویکرد جدید است که انسانها را به مهارتها و دانشی که برای پیشرفت در چشم انداز آینده آموزش پزشکی جهان که به سرعت در حال تغییر است، مجهز میکند.
