چکیده
مقدمه: ارزشیابی بخش مهمی از فرآیند آموزش است و به عنوان ابزاری قابل اعتماد برای بررسی یادگیری دانشجویان مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. آزمون OSCE ابزاری مفید و موثر برای ارزیابی عملکرد بالینی دانشجویان گروههای پزشکی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه آزاد بجنورد نسبت به آزمون OSCE انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی بر روی 163 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه آزاد بجنورد در نیمسال دوم 1402 انجام شد. کلیه دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی که تا به حال در امتحان آسکی شرکت کرده بودند، پرسشنامهای با طیف 1 تا 5که شامل سه بخش مشخصات فردی، ارزیابی کلی آزمون و نحوه برگزاری آزمون در دانشکده بود را تکمیل نمودند. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 23 تحلیل شد.
نتایج: از بین دانشجویان 82.2% زن , 82% مجرد و 60 %خوابگاهی بودند. همچنین 41.1% مامایی و 58.9% پرستاری بودند. در رابطه با نگرش دانشجویان به ساختار کلی آزمون ، دانستن اهداف ارزشیابی دانش بالینی به روش OSCE با میانگین 1.10 ± 3.84 دارای بالا ترین و عدم استرس دانشجویان در ارزیابی به روش OSCE با میانگین1/27 ± 2/17دارای پایین ترین میانگین بودند. در رابطه با نگرش دانشجویان به چگونگی برگزاری آزمون ، مناسب بودن مکان OSCE با میانگین1/06 ± 3/65دارای بالا ترین و تناسب مدت زمان اختصاص یافته به هر ایستگاه با میانگین1/28 ± 2/87 دارای پایین ترین میانگین بودند. دانشجویان با میانگین کلی 12/34 ± 43/35 نسبت به ساختار کلی آزمون و با میانگین کلی 8/44 ± 29/47 نسبت به چگونگی برگزاری آزمون نگرش مثبت داشتند.
نتیجه گیری: نگرش مثبت دانشجویان نشان میدهد OSCE میتواند ابزار ارزیابی مناسبی باشد که یادگیری و شایستگی بالینی دانشجویان را بهبود میبخشد. نتایج میتواند برای اجرا و بهبود هرچه بیشتر OSCE در آموزش مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
