چکیده
مقدمه: پژوهش، یادگیری و آموزش آن از فرایندها و مهارتهای مهم و اساسی برای دانشجویان در مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین خودکارآمدی با عملکردپژوهشی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهیدبهشتی، انجام شد.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر مقطعی و به صورت توصیفی – تحلیلی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشکدههای پزشکی و پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهیدبهشتی درسال1400 بود. در مجموع 100 دانشجو به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب و در مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای خودکارآمدی و عملکرد پژوهشی استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی، ANOVA، ضریب همبستگی پیرسن در نرم افزار23SPSS، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج: در این مطالعه، از 100شرکت کننده در پژوهش، 86 نفر (86%) دختر و 14 نفر (14%) پسر با میانگین سنی 4/67 ± 27/30 سال بودند. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره خودکارآمدی در حیطه های مختلف تحلیلیوآماری 8/63 ± 34/77، مفهوم پردازی 5/53 ± 31/54، روش و اجرا 57/77 ± 30/31، پژوهشکیفی 3/24 ± 12/81، گزارش 3/81 ± 15/83، مهارت و تبحر 3/33 ± 16/54،اخلاق 1/90 ± 8/79، خودکارآمدی کلی30/44 ± 150/60 و عملکردپژوهشی 0/73 ± 0/32 بود. بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر از لحاظ عملکردپژوهشی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد، اما بین میانگین نمره عملکردپژوهشی بر حسب درجه علمی استادراهنما اختلاف معناداری بود(0/001=P). همچنین بین نمره عملکردپژوهشی و حیطه های هفت گانه خودکارآمدی همبستگی معناداری وجود نداشت (0/05>P)،
نتیجه گیری: یافتههای این پژوهش نشاندهنده نیاز به مداخلات آموزشی مؤثر برای ارتقای عملکردپژوهشی ضروری است و با انتخاب اساتیدراهنما با درجه علمی بالا، عملکردپژوهشی دانشجویان ارتقا می یابد.
