چکیده

مقدمه: آموزش مناسب تریاژ می‌‌تواند مرگ و می‌ر ناشی از حوادث بزرگ و بلایا را کاهش دهد. اپلیکیشن‌‌های موبایل با توجه به مزایای گسترده می‌‌توانند ابزار مؤثری برای آموزش تریاژ باشند.
روش کار: این پژوهش مداخل‌های نیمه‌تجربی در تابستان 1402 انجام شد.51 نفر از کارکنان فوریت‌ها به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و آموزش تریاژ را از طریق اپلیکیشن تعاملی مبتنی بر نظریه یادگیری ساختار‌گرایی دریافت کردند. داده‌‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌‌های دانش، عملکرد و رضایتمندی در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون گردآوری شدند.روایی محتوایی داده‌ها توسط اساتید مرتبط تأیید شده و پایایی آن‌‌ها نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تأیید شده است. پرسشنامه‌‌های مورد استفاده در مطالعات مشابه به کار رفته و اعتبار سنجی شد‌ه‌اند.
نتایج: نمرات دانش و عملکرد قبل و بعد از مداخله به ترتیب (انحراف معیار ± میانگین) 06/65 ± 20/3 و 09/78 ± 26/3 )10/52=t ( و53/52 ± 24/3و00/31 ± 28/1 تعیین گردید ) 02/7= (t . نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین نمرات دانش و عملکرد بعد از مداخله با اپلیکیشن آموزشی تریاژ افزایش معناداری نسبت به قبل از مداخله داشته است (0/001>p).همچنین اختلاف زمان پاسخگویی که نتیجه حاصل پرسشنامه عملکرد قبل و بعد از مداخله می‌ باشد 4 دقیقه کاهش را نشان داد.در بررسی میانگین رضایت مندی در افراد تحت مطالعه نتایج 9/18 ± 89/05 درصد را نشان داد.
نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج تحقیق، آموزش از طریق تلفن همراه به دلیل دسترس بودن، قابل حمل بودن و کاربرد آسان می‌‌تواند روش مناسبی برای آموزش مباحث مختلف آموزشی به کادر درمان باشد.
