چکیده
مقدمه: عملکرد تحصیلی در نظام آموزشی از اهمیت والایی برخورداراست. هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی از عوامل مهم و تاثیرگذار بر عملکرد تحصیلی میباشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی با عملکرد تحصیلی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اهوازانجام گرفت.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف توصیفی بر اساس آزمون معادلات ساختاری، از نظر بعد زمان یک پژوهش پیمایشی(مقطعی) و از نظر گردآوری دادهها پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اهواز به تعداد260نفر در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 تشکیل دادند. روش انتخاب نمونههای آماری در این پژوهش، به صورت تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری دادههای پژوهش، پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش فرهنگی انگ و همکاران، هوش هیجانی بار-آن و عملکرد تحصیلی فام و تیلور بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماریSPSS و PLS در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی انجام شد.
نتایج: نتایج بدست آمده از آزمون معادلات ساختاری جهت بررسی تاثیر هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی با عملکرد تحصیلی نشان داد مقدار ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم برابر با 0/33 و همچنین مقدار آماره t برابر با 4/88 به دست آمد. این مقادیر نشان میدهند که رابطه غیرمستقیم بین هوش هیجانی و عملکرد تحصیلی از طریق هوش فرهنگی، از نظر آماری معنیدار است.
نتیجه گیری: دانشجویانی که از هوش هیجانی بالاتری برخوردارند، تمایل بیشتری به توسعه هوش فرهنگی خود دارند و در نتیجه عملکرد تحصیلی بهتری نیز کسب میکنند.
